Framing generally adds an additional 2 weeks to the ketubah ordering process from the time you approve your proof, so count on 3 weeks total turnaround time plus shipping time. If your wedding is within in a month, and you have your heart set on a frame, contact us, and we'll see if we can make it happen.
Most products in stock will ship within five (5) business days.
Works from our fine art line will normally ship no later than 3 business days (for unframed pieces) and 3 weeks (for framed pieces).
If you have concerns about time frames and availability, please contact us or make a note in the “comments” field of the order form, and we’ll call or e-mail you with the details. And be prepared to make changes to your shipping method. (We’ve done our share of last-minute shopping, too!)
General shipping information:
We currently ship with FedEx.
Keep in mind that, while FedEx ground service generally takes 3-5 business days (up to 10 days for service to Canada), it is not guaranteed to arrive within that time.
Please note that FedEx will not typically deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays or ship to P.O. Boxes! Also be sure to provide us with your correct address. We will have to pass on an address change fee if FedEx needs to correct your address.
If you are worried that a package delivered to your home will be subject to damage or theft, we suggest you have your ketubah shipped to your place of business or a more secure residence.
We will e-mail you with the appropriate shipping information, including the day your order is shipped, your air bill number and the day it should arrive, so you may track your package via FedEx’s online tracking page. (Have your air bill number handy, and go to FedEx’s website.)
If we need to get your order to you on a weekend or holiday, please contact us and we’ll discuss how we can make this happen.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks (made payable to Micah Parker Artworks, Inc). All orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped.
You may order from MP Artworks by whichever of the following means is most convenient for you:
Online: You may go to our secure order form and submit your order and payment electronically. (See below regarding your security.)
Fax: You may go to our printable order form, complete it and print it out (or complete an order form that came with your brochure). Then fax the completed order form to us at 888-824-4727 (or 941-955-7007 for international clients). You may provide your credit card information on the order form or mail us a check.
Telephone: If you prefer, simply call your order in to our studio's toll free number at 888-336-4224 (or 941-373-0471 for international clients) . In this case, you may either provide us with a credit card or you may mail us a check.
Mail: Of course, you can always mail us an order and pay by credit card or enclose a check. Just complete our order form, from either the Web site or the brochure, then mail it to us at:

MP Artworks wants you to feel comfortable ordering online, and we take the issue of security very seriously. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All transactions involving your credit card and billing information use 128-bit encryption via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) communications on a secure server which are verified by an official Instant SSL Digital Certificate issued by Comodo Class 3 Security Services CA.
Please also note that we do not actually process your credit card online — instead, we take your credit card information and process it through our credit card terminal at our studio as if you called it in or walked into our studio. To put this in perspective: Ordering through our online system is far more secure than leaving your signed credit card slip on the table when you leave a restaurant.
To ensure your comfort, we guarantee each purchase you make will be safe. In general, under federal law, you will not be liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If, for whatever reason, you are held responsible for this amount, MP Artworks will cover the entire liability for you, up to $50, as long as the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from MP Artworks while using our secure server.
